Due to the high volume of Joya Spa inquiries, we strongly recommend reserving treatments a minimum of four (4) weeks in advance.

Credit cards are required to secure all bookings. For email inquiry booking reservations; please share the time, date and treatment(s) preferred – plus, the best phone number to connect with you. A Joya Spa representative will connect with you within 2-3 business days. Give the gift of a spa day when you purchase a gift card to Joya Spa.

Joy of intention room

When you arrive at Joya Spa in Scottsdale, you are greeted by a Joya Journey Coordinator who will escort you up the grand staircase to the Joy of Intention room where we ask you to stop, relax and tune out the outside world. Choose from five healing stones to set the tone for your day: Tiger Eye, Blue Lace Agate, Rhodonite, Rose Quartz or Hematite.

Joy of purification room

After you pass through Joy of Intention, you will reach the room of purification which contains a 55 lb. quartz crystal that radiates light in multiple colors. Guests of our Scottsdale spa are asked to place both hands on the crystal, take two deep breaths in, and as they exhale, stress, negative energy and all cares are melted away. This opens the mind and body to the rest of the day and what life will bring.

HAMSA - Hand of Fatima symbol

The Hand of Fatima is a revered symbol of protection in Morocco. Represented by amulets, wall and door hangings, it has become a symbol of healing and wellbeing. During each spa service, a Hamsa Hand is hung outside the treatment room to bestow blessings, power, and strength on each guest.

Spa Day Passes

When you book a spa day at Joya Spa, we promise to dedicate the day to pampering you. Day passes may be purchased at spa reception for full day use of the spa amenities. Enjoy the Joya Fitness Center and Joya Terrace with rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and relaxation lounges.

Spa Arrival & Etiquette 

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start time of your first treatment. Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor each guest’s experience, late arrivals will only receive time remaining of their appointment.

For your Scottsdale spa day, bring a bathing suit to enjoy the pool on the outdoor co-ed Joya Terrace.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

We kindly request at least eight hours’ notice on any service cancellation or change. Cancelled appointments within eight hours will be charged for full price of treatment or service. Failure to arrive for a scheduled treatment will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the service.

Age Requirements

We welcome those 18 years or older at Joya Spa in Scottsdale. Guests may be asked to show proof of ID.

Hair & nail salon services are available for children 10 years and older. Children under 10 years of age or children not receiving a service, will not be permitted in the salon.

Expecting Mothers

Guests that are expecting must be at least 13+ weeks pregnant before receiving a spa service. We are able to accommodate a customized facial and prenatal service.

Service Charge 

A 22% service charge will be applied on all spa services based on the full treatment price.
