Cupping Massage

Massage cupping is an ancient practice that uses a combination of massage movements and negative pressure. With the use of special cups creating a vacuum or suction effect on underlying muscle tissue, it can be used as a supplement to the therapeutic massage. The intended suction can range from light to heavy and has many benefits: increases lymphatic circulation and blood flow to the skin, facilitates deep tissue work, loosens adhesions, and relieves inflammation and pain causing factors.
