    •  45 minutes of relaxing Yoga on our Spa’s private outdoor terrace*, accommodating all levels of experience.
      Yoga is a mind and body practice which combine physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This yoga session is designed to prepare our body and mind for more formal types of meditation.

    • 60 minute mindfulness coaching.
      A trained mindfulness professional will discuss and practice mindful meditation to allow you to focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgement. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery and other practices to relax the body and mind. This session is designed to give you the skills to be more mindful in your daily life to reduces stress and take control of your thoughts.
    • 45 minute sunset snacks.
      A small, healthy, light meal to nourish the body. (Yogurt parfait, fresh fruit bowl, avocado and deviled egg toast).

    • 30+ minute group share.
      This session is designed to learn from each other’s experiences, the mindfulness professional will answer any questions to give you the tools and resources to take home meaningful practices to help you with dealing with stress and be more mindful in your daily life.

    Additional Spa treatments may be reserved separately and subject to availability.
    *For outdoor yoga hotel will have indoor backup location in instances of inclement weather.

 Meet the Hosts


Lori Knowles has been leading corporate talks and private mindfulness sessions since 2016. She specializes in helping entrepreneurs and creatives make peace with painful emotional patterns through meditation. She is an avid traveler who has visited 75 countries while traveling the world for two years. She is thrilled to be leading mindfulness at her hometown Omni.


Rachel Mathenia LMT, CIYT, IAYT, is a seasoned yoga teacher and practitioner. She began practicing in 2000 and teaching in 2004. She is steeped in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and is a Certified yoga therapist, licensed Massage Therapist and acupressurist.
Her classes are designed to create increased awareness and reconnection of the body and mind. Rachel teaches with a mixture of joyful encouragement and potent instruction that creates the opportunity for the participants to experience embodiment, concentration and deep relaxation
