Massage Treatments

Quartz Sand Table Massage
50 minutes
The gentle and affecting warmth of this light touch customized massage provides physical and mental relaxation. This unique service is also beneficial for arthritis, fibromyalgia, joint or back pain and insomnia.

Couples Massage
50 minutes
Treat yourself and a companion to ultimate relaxation with a dual massage in the comfort of a private treatment room. Your experience continues as you both relax in our private couples relaxation room.

Prenatal Massage
50 minutes
This massage focuses on the mother-to-be. Safe pregnancy techniques help to alleviate fatigue, soothe muscle and joint pain and improve circulation. Must be past first trimester.

Swedish Massage
50 or 100 minutes
Our most popular massage and one of our most enjoyable. This massage uses light to moderate pressure, while promoting relaxation, enhancing circulation, improving flexibility and relieving muscle pain and tension.

Aromatherapy Massage
50 or 100 minutes
This flowing, light to moderate pressure relaxation massage includes potent herbal aromatherapy oils formulated to stimulate internal healing. Relaxation points of the back, face and feet are targeted.

Deep Tissue Sports Massage
50 or 100 minutes
Focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia, this intense indulgence helps restore body alignment and range of motion. This massage is designed specifically for those experiencing chronic pain along with muscle and sports related musculoskeletal issues.

Therapeutic CBD Massage
50 or 100 minutes
Experience rejuvenation with Vital Body’s powerful blend of CBD, arnica, ginger, rosehip oil, and six additional healing herbs. This therapeutic massage is designed to invigorate muscle and joint circulation, soothe the spirit, and deliver targeted relief. Enhanced by a delicate, grounding aroma featuring juniper, cedarwood, and lavender essential oils, this treatment offers a holistic escape for mind, body, and soul.

Body Treatments

Tropical Blossom Ritual
100 minutes
This Japanese inspired Hanakasumi ritual begins with a body exfoliation using a warmed exfoliant of cherry blossom, lemon, papaya, and lotus. From there, you will experience a concentrated foot treatment, before concluding with a relaxing body application of cherry blossom scented rice-powder cream.

Reflexology
50 minutes
An ancient Chinese practice based on the notion each body organ corresponds to a specific point on the foot. A restorative process in which feet are massaged to re-establish an optimal flow of energy.

Energizing Scalp Treatment
50 minutes
This treatment is designed to promote relaxation, ease muscle aches and soothe stress. An aromatic scalp and hair oil is warmed and applied vigorously to the scalp, neck and shoulders to stimulate circulation and relieve tension.

Detox & Renewal Treatment
50 minutes
Detox your body with a full-body dry brush exfoliation designed to stimulate circulation and open pores, allowing hydrating massage oil to deeply penetrate your skin. A 30-minute targeted massage on the area of your choice, will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Take home a complimentary dry brush to maintain this wellness routine.

Enhancements

CBD Relief
Add this CBD enhancement to your massage to target your specific needs for relief from pain in your shoulders, neck, forearms, and/or calves.

Hot Stone
Add warmth to your massage by including a targeted enhancement with hot stones. This is a great way to experience a combination of hot stones with a traditional style massage.

Aromatherapy Upgrade
Select your favorite essential oils and escape into a sensory journey. Choose from lavender to calm and soothe, ginger root with lemongrass for grounding, or alpine arnica for muscle relief.
