Cancun Resort Activities

Each May through November, the Environmental Awareness Direction invites the community and visitors to join them in this amazing experience. Cancun is privileged to have four of the eight turtle species: loggerhead sea turtle, hawksbill turtle, Mesoamerican river turtle and the leatherback turtle.

Relax on the expansive white sandy beaches while you read your favorite bestseller under a quiet palm tree on a beach chair or in a private thai bed.

Our recreation department sponsors various water activities and classes at our sparkling pools.

Offered on Sundays at the main pool area, this party is a full afternoon of activities like fun games, contests and breaking a piñata.

If you're tired of the beach, spend a relaxing day fishing. Contact our recreation department for more details on how to book your fishing trip or charter a boat for a lobster tour or dinner cruise.

Get fit and tan at the same time when you play like a pro on the beach. We meet in front of Kuku's Bar.

Learn the basic steps of salsa, merengue, cumbia and classic club dances with our staff. We meet by the main pool area.

Try your luck and win some incredible prizes. We play by the main swimming pool.

Test your music knowledge with hits from the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, movie soundtracks, television shows and today's hits. This activity takes place at the pool bar.

From sports to television shows, movies, geography and general trivia, test your knowledge and win prizes with our staff. The game is located in the main pool area.

Learn basic words and phrases in a fun way to help you acclimate to Mexico. The lessons take place by the main pool at the snack bar.

Daily snorkeling and introduction to SCUBA lessons are provided in the pool by the professional instructors from Aqua World – Mexico’s largest and most experienced water sports and PADI affiliated company. They also offer tours, diving, sailing, fishing, and a range of other activities.
