POMODORO
For a more intimate affair, consider our Pomodoro Room with dramatic floor–to-ceiling windows and a panoramic view of the city center. Accommodating up to 80 guests, the Pomodoro Room is the perfect location to host a rehearsal dinner or send-off breakfast. Private dining areas are also available to host your rehearsal dinner or send-off brunch.

Weddings FAQ
- Omni Charlotte Hotel can assist with upgrades to your decor, helping plan a menu, assisting in transportation arrangements as well as off-site events..
For weddings, if you will be securing and guaranteeing all of the rooms to one credit card, we will prepare a contract for the wedding party designee and the hotel to sign. This will allow us to offer one discounted rate to all guests needing accommodations. The contract will include a maximum number of allowable rooms and a cut-off date that each guest must book by in order to receive the group rate. The designee is responsible for any attrition and cancellations. If a wedding party would prefer to not be responsible for all reservations but would still like a discount, please contact our Sales department and we will set you up with a code that your attendees can use to book their reservations online. For general meetings, your main contact will work with us to determine which option he/she would prefer.
- A Rooming List can be provided, Individuals may call in or a personalized web page can be created by our team to direct your guests to your group rate.
- 20% of anticipated bill at signing of contract. 50% of remaining balance 5 months later. 50% of remaining balance 5 months later / Any remaining balance 2-weeks prior to wedding.
- No, all food & beverage for your event must be provided by Omni Charlotte Hotel.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
