Learn the art of cocktail crafting and pairing techniques from guest mixologists, chefs and representatives from Smooth Ambler Spirits. Fascinating seminars, a tour of the award-winning Smooth Ambler distillery, a dinner competition and a Bloody Mary brunch are just a few of the highlights.

We are excited to host our annual Mother's Day brunch in the Commonwealth Room, 11:30 a.m – 2:00 p.m., featuring a jazz trio.

Celebrate the red, white and blue with festive dinners. Join us for a picnic with favorites like Caroline pulled pork, country mac and cheese and coleslaw. On the fourth of July, celebrate Independence Day on the Casino Lawn with a festive cookout featuring salads, smoked barbecue, a shrimp boil and fish fry. Then, enjoy festive fare with flavors from Mexico and the Caribbean.

Take your hike to a whole new level with Hike and Bite for our 9:00 a.m. Gorge Hikes.  After the hike, guests will enjoy a choice of entrée and lemon meringue pie at Rubino’s at The Cascades. During the check-in process at Allegheny Outfitters, guests will be given a menu to select your entrée.

The cost for the hike and lunch is $55 for adults, $25 for children 5 - 11. 
This is an inclusive fee and no discounts will be given for guests who do not have lunch.

Hike and Bite is available every day, except on Tuesdays when Rubino’s is closed.

Woodrow "Woody" Pettus was a Homestead icon for six decades and we will celebrate his life and the legacy he left at The Homestead. The weekend's festivities will include the Woody & Friends Golf Outing on The Old Course and a special dinner in the Grand Ballroom where we will toast and honor our longtime friend and associate, as well as his family.
