Amenities
Relax before or after your services in our gender-separate dry saunas, plunge Jacuzzis, showers, or co-ed relaxation lounge . Please bring a swimsuit for our two outdoor swimming pools. Spa facilities are only available to spa guests with a spa treatment experience the day of their treatments. Resort guests may purchase a day pass for a fee, subject to availability.
Reservations
To ensure the best selection of spa services, we highly recommend that you make your spa reservations prior to your arrival. A credit card is needed to secure the spa reservation. We have both male and female service providers, and you will be scheduled with either unless you state your preference.
Cancellations and Changes
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation guidelines. If you must cancel or change your spa reservation, please notify us at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged full value of the service. No-shows will be charged in full. Any service changes requested with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged for the full service.
Arrival and Check-in
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your spa service. If you are a guest of the hotel, we encourage you to leave valuables and personal belongings in the security of your guest room. Please bear in mind that arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Service Charge
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to the original cost of each service you receive. The service charge will be distributed to the spa staff that assisted you during your visit. Additional gratuities may be provided at your discretion.
Special Considerations
Guests who have high blood pressure or heart conditions, or any other medical complications, are advised to consult with their physicians prior to reserving any spa appointments. Please make your service provider aware of any medical condition. Expectant mothers may be restricted to specific types of treatment or receive modified treatments, depending on their stage of pregnancy. Men having facials should shave no less than two hours prior to their facial for ultimate comfort.
Spa Etiquette
For the optimal spa experience for all of our guests, we respectfully ask that you leave cell phones turned off while in the spa. The Relaxation Lounge is a spa tone only zone; please be considerate of other guests who are napping or relaxing before or after treatments.
Spa Boutique and Gifting Service
To continue your treatment benefits, a comprehensive offering of home care products, including those recommended by your therapist, are available in the Mokara Spa Boutique. We also have developed a fine selection of gift items so you can spoil yourself and loved ones back home. Mokara gift bags are available to be delivered to your room. If you are unable to carry your purchase in your luggage, we can arrange for it to be sent via courier to your desired destination upon your request.

Reservations & Cancellations
Your comfort and relaxation are our priority. To ensure that your preferred treatment or therapist is available, we encourage you to schedule your Mokara Spa appointment in advance. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit/debit card and telephone number.
We value your business and welcome you to experience the exceptional level of service offered at Mokara Spa. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments to avoid any charges being made to your credit card.
Health & Comfort Levels
We recommend showering prior to your treatment for optimal service benefits. In addition, please notify our spa concierge when booking your treatments if you:
- Have high blood pressure
- Have a heart condition
- Have had recent surgery
- Suffer from allergies
- Are pregnant
- Are taking any medication
- Have any health concerns
It is always advisable to check with your doctor prior to your appointment. To avoid skin irritation, please note that shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please do so at least four hours prior to your service.
Arrival & Check-in
To relax and allow yourself time to check in and enjoy our amenities, we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Oversized robes and slippers are provided, and our spa attendant is available to assist with any additional requests.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Please understand that you will be billed for the full treatment time.
