Bourbon Barrel Foods, the only soy sauce microbrewery in the United States, has opened a retail location inside Falls City Market. The new retail location will feature all of the company’s bourbon flavored products and gifts, which are locally beloved and nationally marketed with the phrase “Eat Your Bourbon.” The newest shop will offer handcrafted soy sauces, bourbon smoke spices, barrel-aged sauces, including Woodford Reserve and Old Forest flavored products. They also offer a selection of curated gifts in the space – for example they will take a recipe card and create a gift with products for the recipe and put in a bag or box. The gifts range from $15 - $75 on average. All the products are made in Kentucky. The entrance to the popular new storefront is at the corner of Liberty and 3rd Street.

JJBakes & Co. is a special-order boutique cake and pastry studio that specializes in customized cakes and confections specific to you and your event. Whether it’s a box of macarons for an intimate gathering, an array of mini desserts for a large soiree, breakfast pastries for your corporate event, or the wedding cake of your dreams; Allow JJBakes & Co. the honor of designing something that will spark nostalgia and surely create a memorable experience.

Mint Julep Experiences and sister company Bourbon City Cruisers have partnered with the Omni Louisville Hotel to open a new gift shop and tour departure location in Falls City Market. The new tour hub will serve as the meeting point for all Bourbon City Cruisers tuk tuk adventures, sell Kentucky-themed merchandise, and have an on-site transportainment specialist to offer expert guidance for planning regional tourism experiences with both companies.
