Six large crystal chandeliers, elegant décor and great acoustics create a romantic atmosphere in the La Joya Ballroom. With more than 3,000 sq ft, this ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests.
COLONNADE BALLROOM
Take advantage of the stunning views of the San Antonio skyline with this beautiful space located on the 20th floor. The ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and divides into three smaller function spaces to accommodate wedding celebrations up to 120 guests.

From start to finish the Omni Hotel at the Colonnade gave us excellent service and the best quality. Christine Fleming is the Event Sales Manager and she assisted us every step of the way and accommodated all of our requests. They provided a full service, seated dinner and did all of the set up and break down. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves! The ballroom was beautiful, and the food was great. Many of our friends said it was the nicest reception they've ever attended. We had the reception of our dreams!

Weddings FAQ
- Omni Amelia Island Resort provides a dedicated Catering Services Manager who will assist you with the planning of your event.
- A signed contract and a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of the estimated master account charges will secure your date.
- Your guests can call the 800 number provided in the contract or reserve their rooms online via the dedicated group link the Hotel can set up for your group.
The deposits are calculated on the total estimated revenue of your event to include the wedding package and food & beverage minimum plus service charge and taxes. An initial deposit is due upon contract signature, additional deposits are tiered. The final deposit is due 30 days prior to your event date.
- No, all food & beverage for your event must be provided by Omni Amelia Island Resort.
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks; Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas; Thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices; Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Omni Amelia Island Resort offers beautiful settings ranging from oceanfront to marsh-front venues onsite to include: Walkers Landing, the Beach, Sunrise Café & Terrace, Oceanview room & Terrace, The Sprouting Project and Marshview Deck & Oak Point Lawn.
- Yes, our elopement package is available Sunday through Thursday for up to 10 guests.
