Prado Patio

The intimate patio of award-winning Prado restaurant is an ideal space to host a dinner for friends and family. Guests will be treated to the tranquil sounds of the Alhambra fountain where they can soak up the majestic views of Camelback Mountain. The covered patio also features a fireplace at its west end and heaters throughout making for an ideal al fresco dining spot all year.

Prado Atrium

The Atrium showcases the distinctive sights and colors of Southern Spain. Located within the heart of Prado, this is truly the location for any group that wants to be the center of activity and includes a wide variety of dining options geared towards your special occasion. The space features seating up to 30 people and is in close proximity to the interactive wood-fired tapas kitchen.

Tapas Kitchen & Bar

Invite your guests to experience the energy and action of Prado’s Tapas Bar. Savor the flavors reminiscent of the beloved culinary pastime in Spain, where dishes are small in size, numerous in number and designed to be shared and enjoyed with a glass of wine. Invite your guests to partake in this Spanish tradition where they can mix and match menu items to create a custom experience. Choose a seat at the communal tapas bar to chat with the chef that’s tending the flame and prepare yourself for a steady stream of small plates to include wood-fired meats, marinated vegetables along with Spanish meats and cheeses. Each tapas dish is made with traditional ingredients and some incredible house made sauces that really capture the best of this extraordinary cuisine. Enjoy with blends and varietals, available by the glass, selected from Prado’s cellar of more than 100 bottled wines.

Community Table

The spirit of leisure, camaraderie and good times are an integral part of the Spanish tradition. Gather with friends and family at the Community Table. Nestled in the corner of Mbar, this casual and inviting social dining space is the perfect place to watch the talented bar team craft the perfect cocktail with a creative twist. Enjoy happy hour specials and all-day bites or indulge in tapas for the entire party to share.

Mbar Patio

Located in Cortijo Plaza, adjacent to the entrance of Prado restaurant, the Mbar Patio affords guests a more secluded setting compared to the indoor lounge that can host an event for up to 40 guests. This outdoor dining space allows for both community table and individual seating around the fire. Cortijo Plaza is a gathering and meeting place, resembling the plaza of a small Andalusian town.

Camelback Lawn & Villa

Camelback Presidential Villa affords an opportunity to have an intimate private estate experience for your event. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,800 square foot suite is ideal for special occasions offering privacy and convenience all within an enclosed exclusive area of the resort with an expansive great room designed for guests to convene and celebrate before and after an event. The adjacent event lawn is ideal for events large and small while offering an impressive and memorable, unobstructed view of breathtaking Camelback Mountain.

Andalusian Suite & Private Pool 

True to its name, the Andalusian Presidential Suite affords the ultimate level of luxury to our highest profile guests. The 2,800 square foot suite boasts a grand marble entryway, Spanish fountain, expansive living area with two palatial bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a private office. The French doors lead to your private pool and spacious patio and uninhibited view of Camelback Mountain. Perfect for family reunions, bridal parties, and intimate gatherings.

CHEF'S KITCHEN

Nestled in the back of Omni Montelucia’s sprawling 32 acres sits a quiet building behind a quaint gate. It can be easily overlooked to anyone passing by but to those who take the moment to stop, peer in or even open the gate will find a rare treat. This space can be described as a hidden-oasis, a dining room of sorts, a patio-space and a garden integrated into one; but to those who experience it in its full, shining glory during an event or a wedding will describe it differently.

The eventgoers will describe it for what it is; Chef’s Kitchen, a place to gather, a place to foster and grow relationships, and a place to celebrate and enjoy the local beauty of the space around you. The hidden gem which sits quiet from the front is teaming with activity and events throughout the week which occur behind its walls. Upon entering its gate you’re greeted by a fountain which slowly sets the ambiance with its steady stream of flowing water. Every direction you look, the walkways are decorated with an abundance of flora, which provides a soothing, fresh garden scent. Surrounded by a seasonal garden, the space is full of citrus trees and herbs such as sage, rosemary, basil, cilantro, and a variety of exotic mints. When the custom Spanish doorways are drawn, open natural light and aroma spills into the space from the surrounding garden.
