Each month, our culinary team hosts exclusive one-of-a-kind experiences that showcase unique live-prepared dishes, and pairings from visiting distilleries and winemakers from across the country.

Our very own Pastry Chef Molly created a very special dish with the Tagalong cookie for the Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council’s seventh annual Girl Scout Cookie Dessert Challenge, a competition for chefs in northern and central Arizona to battle for the best Girl Scout cookie-inspired dessert. Her cookie creation, the French Peanut Butter Parfait, will be available for purchase during the month of February in Omni Montelucia’s signature restaurant, Prado.
